At The Scout And Guide Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your uniform and outdoor gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from wear.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
